What's New
As you may have noticed, we have improved our website to make it easier to use. If you setup an account on our old site, we needed to reset your password as part of this improvement. Not to worry, you can retrieve and change your password by following these simple steps.
RETRIEVING YOUR PASSWORD
1) Click the "Login" Link at the top of the page
2) Click the " I have forgotten my password" link below the RETURNING CUSTOMER section
3) Enter the email address that you registered on the old site.
4) Your new password will be sent to your email.
If your email address does not match what is in our system, you will need to return to the login page and setup a new account. Of course if you have any trouble you can always call us at (888) 398-9887 (8:00 am to 4:30 pm PST)
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
1) Login to your account by clicking the "Login" link at the top of the page
2) Under the RETURNING CUSTOMER section, type in your email address and password sent to you via email.
3) Click the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top of the page
4) Click the "MANAGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION" link
5) Type in your "Current Password"
6) Type in your "New Password" and hit the "SAVE" button
