We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing customer relationships
- Processing and following up on orders and resolving customer service issues
- Reviewing and authorizing credit applications
- Working with our sales force
This position is based in our South Pasadena office.
The successful candidate for this position will have strong communication skills and an enthusiatic, self-starter attitude.
- Strong computer literacy, especially using MS Office applications.
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales/customer service experience is also required.
- Able to type 40-60 words/min.
- Prior experience in the beauty product industry is preferred, but not required. However, a strong interest in the type of business is!
Compensation package is a competitive base salary and benefits plus a performance based bonus.
This position is based in our South Pasadena office. We will only be considering candidates who are already located in the Los Angeles County area.
