Q: 

How do I change my password?

A:

If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 ways to reset it: 

1) If you remember your login e-mail address, you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address, then you will need login to that email account and follow the reset instructions that will be immediately emailed to you.

2) If you do not remember your email address, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.

Q: 

How do I return my order?

A:

Before returning an order to us, please contact Customer Care at 888-398-9887 to receive a Return Authorization Number. If you return your order without first contacting us, we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed properly. We request that you pack return item(s) in the original packaging. Along with your return, please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and a reference to the Return Authorization Number.

Do you guarantee your products?

A:

Every one of our products is created with care and with passion. We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product that you purchased directly from us, we will promptly exchange the item or provide a refund, excluding shipping costs. Please contact Customer Care at 888-398-9887 to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions for returns or exchanges.

What are Shipping Terms?

Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped via UPS. Standard ground shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Priority shipping (1-3 days from date shipped) is available for an additional charge.

PO Box
If you choose a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be shipped by USPS Ground. Free UPS Ground shipping is not available.

Continental United States
Standard Ground Shipping: For orders totaling less than $75.00, a $5.95 shipping fee is charged. For orders over $75.00, Davies Gate provides FREE ground shipping (free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii).

Expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day or Third Day to some locations) is measured from the day shipped, and is available for an additional charge, to be calculated at checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS Ground services only. Free UPS Ground shipping is not available.

International
Davies Gate ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. All orders must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.

Q:

What are payment terms?

A:

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for payment. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping charges are based on order totals, excluding tax and gift-boxing. Sales tax is added to all orders sold to, or shipped to, an address in California.

Q:

I have sensitive skin. Can I use Davies Gate products?

A:

Before selling our products to you, each has been thoroughly tested to determine any likelihood of causing irritation. Please remember that everyone’s skin is different and if you experience irritation, we recommend that you discontinue use immediately.

Q:

Do your products contain animal by-products?

A:

The only animal by-products found in our products are beeswax that is found in the lip balms and boo boo sticks as well as lanolin also used in our lip balms. Both beeswax and lanolin are naturally produced. Also, please know that insects and animals are not harmed in the testing or manufacture of our products. Our goal is to develop safe and effective formulations that use natural ingredients as much as possible.

Why was my favorite product discontinued?

A:

One thing you can count on is for Davies Gate to come up with new, exciting and efficacious products. To do this, we occasionally discontinue an existing product to make room for new ones. If we have discontinued something you love, we apologize. We invite you to try something new. After all, we wouldn’t have made it if we didn’t think you would enjoy it.

Q:

My baby has sensitive skin. Can we use Davies Babies products?

A:

The Davies Babies product line has been developed in consultation with a pediatric dermatologist and has been tested for irritants. The formulas are safe and effective when used properly. As always, when using new products, Davies Gate strongly recommends patch testing prior to use especially if you or your baby has particularly sensitive skin or known allergic reactions to ingredients.

How do the warming scrubs and warming manicures work?

A:

Davies Gate uses a proprietary blend of plant-derived compounds that generate heat when mixed with water.
