Tracking an Order
Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the home page. Sign in to check the status of your most recent order and to view your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. By clicking on “Track this shipment” you can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery.

Canceling or Modifying an Order
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket carefully. Once your order has been submitted successfully, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can return your items for a credit to your account. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule
All orders over $75 qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping (excluding taxes), unless the order ships to Alaska, Hawaii or a P.O. Box, for which a special rate applies to all orders. For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for UPS Ground shipping. Please see this table for other shipping options and costs:

Shipping to Military Addresses
We are glad to be able to ship to military personnel stationed overseas. For shipments to APO/FPO addresses we offer USPS Ground services only. US Postal Service requires that packages are addressed will ALL of the following:
- Service member's full name and rank
- The unit number and NINE digit ZIP code (if one is assigned)

International Addresses
Davies Gate ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. All orders must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.

Wish to return or exchange an item? We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product that you purchased directly from us, we will promptly exchange the item, or provide a refund, excluding shipping costs. Contact Customer Service at 888-398-9887 to receive a Return Authorization and further instructions for returns or exchanges.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 ways to reset it:
1) If you remember your login e-mail address, you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address, then you will need login to that email account and follow the reset instructions that will be immediately emailed to you.
2) If you do not remember your email address, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.
Liked it, loved it or just okay, we hope you’ll share your views with everyone. Under the “Reviews & Ratings” tab on each product page is a link to “Write a Review”. You will be asked to enter a nickname that will appear with your posted reviews. Once you enter your nickname it cannot be edited/changed.
There is a five-star rating scale for each product. One star is the lowest rating and five stars is the highest. Click on the star you wish to select your rating. When writing your reviews, please use common sense. That means no obscenities, discriminatory language, spam content, or critical comments about other reviews or reviewers. Please don't include personal contact information or links to other websites. Click on the "Submit Review" button to submit your review. You will get a confirmation page to let you know it has been successfully submitted. All reviews are read and moderated to abide by these guidelines. We will reject reviews which we determine do not meet them. Your review will also be rejected if it includes personal contact information or links to other websites. All approved, valid reviews will be posted within 72 hours of submission.
